Today I am going complete a project I promised my father I'd do... once I get that done, it's off to my family's house for cooking pies - we're talking pumpkin, pecan, apple, blackberry, blueberry, and any other fillings we can dig up (my mom freezes lots of fruit over the summer)!

I'm also going to see if our Native American replicas of tools and household items are dry enough to fire in the kiln... we'll see!

Olive sounds a lot like my dog Tsunami. CRAZY! :)

Last night I made six pies. This morning my mom made four more. Then my sister made a pumpkin cheesecake and my other sister made a fruit topped cheese cake. That adds up to too many desserts then my (very large) family can eat. (We did an excellent job trying though!) I have a feeling I will have pie for breakfast tomorrow morning. Right now I'm still digesting the turkey, ham, potatoes, cranberry sauce, red cabbage, pumpkin soup and other tasty Thanksgiving foods.

This afternoon Dr. Perry gave me the December astronomy show. He answered more of our questions! I think it's the best show yet and think you'll enjoy seeing it when we get back from break.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
